Almansa will turn 19 years-old before the draft. He the MVP of the 2023 U-19 World Cup. At this stage he is a prospect looking for a position as he goes forward. He doesn't shoot it well enough to be a FOUR and he is undersized as a FIVE. Almansa only hit 20.6% of his three-point tries. Likewise he struggles at the foul line (54.5% FT). Almansa does show a nice feel for the team game, especially given his youth. He posted a 1.52-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. He runs with ease and finishes above the rim. Almansa has a 7'1" wingspan. He did have a slightly positive DEFRTG differential. We expect him to be selected late in round two.
