Bacon, Dwayne Florida St. 6'6" 222 SG soph. Bacon is a shooting guard with an NBA body. He averaged 17.2 points, and 4.2 rebounds per game as a sophomore. His shooting percentages: 45% FG, 33% 3-pt., 75% FT. Bacon's shot selection can be questionable at times. He has the confidence in himself to always give himself a chance. He had more turnovers than assists both seasons at Florida State. Bacon has a wingspan of 6',10" (same as Patrick McCaw and J.P. Tokoto).  ...Right handed. Bacon tested with a 36.5" max. vert. at the NBA Draft Combine (same as John Jenkins, and Tony Allen). ...Bacon's DEFRTG was worse than the Seminoles team DEFRTG, which should raise a caution flag at least. ...Bacon struck us as a kid with unshakable confidence, sometimes to the detriment of his team. There is no doubt he could fit in with the athletes in an NBA contest. Can he become a  great teammate and a professional?

Good advice: In 2012, the 38th pick in the NBA Draft was Quincy Miller. We advised, "Draft Will Barton."
