Beringer is a 18 year-old that played just 18 minutes per game in the Adriatic League/Slovenian-SKL. He averaged 5.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 1.4 blocked shots per game. He shows flashes of defensive brilliance that seem translatable. He took up the game late, claiming to have played his first organized basketball at age 14 in 2021 (Draft Express). He doesn't shoot the three-ball at all. He is a 56% free throw shooter. He had more turnovers than assists. Beringer moves his feet very well, and he can guard smaller players. His DEFRTG is 4.1 points better than his team's DEFRTG. We think he will be selected in the middle of round one based purely on what he may become. He could play NBA minutes today on defense but he's really raw on offense. We rate him lower than others do due to his poor shooting and lack of feel. However, we acknowledge that his ceiling is high. At what rate is he able to improve? Will he ever shoot it with accuracy? Whoever drafts him could be rewarded supremely. Or not.

Our best advice: in 2012, Arnett Moultrie was drafted 27th. We advised, "draft Draymond Green."
