Bridges, Jalen

Bridges is a total team player. He shares on offense. He gives honest effort on defense. Bridges averaged 10.3 points, and 5.6 rebounds in 2022-23. He also blocked one shot per game. He is a career 34.4% three-point shooter. He shot 77.8% FT this season. He improved his field goal percentage from 42.8% to a career-high 50.6% this season. Bridges had 36 turnovers and 35 assists at Baylor, which speaks to his conservative feel. He's not looking to make big plays. Right handed with a 6'10" wingspan. He was fourth in Big 12 boxscore plus/minus in 2022-23. Bridges played two seasons at West Virginia before transferring to Baylor. Bridges led Fairmont Senior High School to four-straight West Virginia state championship games, winning two. Bridges' athletic testing numbers from the G-League Elite Combine were well below average. He had a 30" max. vert. and his lane agility times were slow by NBA standards. We do not foresee Bridges being drafted. We think he can be a potential reserve 3-slash-4 in the NBA.

Our best advice: in 2007, the 1st pick was Greg Oden, we advised, "Draft Kevin Durant."
