Bryant seems to be the darling of the Draft. We've watched his consensus draft position rise throughout the season. He is a 19 year old that just completed his freshman season at Arizona where he averaged 6.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1 blocked shot per game. He only played 19.3 minutes per game. He shot 37.5% 3-pt fg., and 69.5% FT. Bryant had one more turnover than assist. Right-handed. Defensively, Bryant WAS a difference maker. His 7'0" wingspan, and 39.5" max. vert. allows him to block shots opponents don't think he will get to. His DEFRTG was 3.5 points better than the Arizona team DEFRTG. We believe Bryant will be taken late in the lottery. For a guy that scored the eighth most points on his college team, it might take awhile for him to contribute much in the NBA. We think he is a potential backup forward. He does have positional size as a THREE.
