Bufkin is a left-handed guard that can slash and drive. He has really improved his shooting. Bufkin averaged 14 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.3 steals as a sophomore at Michigan. He is still just 19 years-old.  He shot 35.5% from three-point range, and 84.9% FT. He had a 1.5-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. Defensively, Bufkin had the same DEFRTG as the Michigan team. Bufkin finished 15th in Big Ten boxscore plus/minus. He posted a 36" max. vert at the 2023 NBA Draft Combine. His wingspan is 6'7.75". Bufkin was a 2021 McDonald's All-American. We expect Bufkin to be taken in the late lottery. His love for the game, and gym rat tendencies will help him. We think he still needs some seasoning and we view him as a potential reserve combo-guard in the NBA.

Our best advice: in 2015, the 25th pick was Jarell Martin. We advised, "draft Kevin Looney."
