Castleton is a right-handed BIG that has some skill and also plays good defense. He averaged 16 points, 7.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 3.0 blocks per game in 2022-23. He had slightly more assists than turnovers. He was poor from three-point range on low volume (2-15 3-pt FG, 13%). He shot 72.9% FT. Castleton was a defensive difference maker for Florida. His DEFRTG was 6.9 points better than the team DEFRTG. He finished third in SEC boxscore plus/minus. He played five NCAA seasons (two at Michigan, three at Florida.) Castleton is known as a reliable player that his coachable. We think Castleton has a chance to be drafted late in round two. We view him as a low-tier reserve BIG in the NBA.

Our best advice: in 2006, the 29th pick was Mardy Collins. We advised, "draft P.J. Tucker."
