Chomche is a Cameroonian BIG that shows some shooting touch to go with more than just functional mobility. He is the youngest player in the 2024 NBA Draft and he is very much a developmental project. He is 6'10" but he has a 7'4" wingspan. He posted a 35.5" max. vert. He was named Defensive MVP of the 2022 Basketball Without Borders. In February of 2023 he made the Cameroon National Team. In a super-small sample size, Chomche made 8 of 21 three-point shots (38%) this season. We think Chomche will be taken late in round two. It's very difficult to make a prediction about Chomche's likely outcome in the NBA. The wingspan and defense is REAL. He moves easily on the court. The shooting touch looks okay but how far he comes as far as feel for the game is yet to be determined. He might be a steal if he fully develops. (see video)
