Culver, Jarrett Texas Tech 6'5" 190 SG soph.  Culver is a prospect with a high ceiling. He is just scratching the surface of what he may be capable of.  The sophomore averaged 18.5 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game. His defensive rating (DEFRTG) was better than the Texas Tech team DEFRTG. He had a positive assist-to-turnover ratio and he knocked down the three-point shot at 34.1% (career). Hopefully his shot making will continue to improve. His freshman free throw percentage was 64%. He improved that to 70% this season.  We believe Culver can be a top-ten TWO-guard in the NBA if he reaches his potential. ...Culver comes across as a sincere but very young man. He may take awhile to grow into his NBA role. We expect him to be among the first half-dozen selected on June 20th, 2019.

Good Advice: In 2009, the 5th pick in the NBA Draft was Ricky Rubio. We advised, "Draft Stephen Curry "
