Demin is a 19 year-old that has great size for a guy with guard skills. He has a real feel for offense that is uncommon for his age. He measured 6'8" with a 6'10" wingspan at the 2025 NBA Draft Combine. He averaged 10.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game as a freshman at BYU. He didn’t shoot the three-ball well (27%), and his free throw shooting (69.5%) doesn't offer much hope that he has the touch to be a great shooter. Right handed. His DEFRTG was 2.5 points worse than the BYU team DEFRTG. His youth and size will be attractive to those wanting to take a chance on a player with a high ceiling. We expect him to be taken in the late lottery area. We really think he's the kind of guy teammates will like to play with. However, our concerns about his shooting and his defense leave us a bit lower on him than the consensus.
