Dick is a sweet shooting wing that averaged 14.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.7 assists as a Kansas freshman. The former McDonald's All-American nailed 40.3% of his three-balls on high volume. He made 85.4% of his free throws. Right-handed. Dick had a 1.33-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. He is a willing defender (he will take a charge) but Kansas was better defensively when Dick was off the floor (1.8 points per 100 possessions). We expect Gradey Dick to be picked in the lottery. We love his shooting ability but we are concerned with his below average athleticism. He posted the slowest 3/4-court sprint time at the 2023 NBA Draft Combine. We view him as a potential top-tier reserve SF.
