Edwards, Carsen  Purdue  6'0" 199 SG jr.  Edwards can score in a flurry. He is a shifty, under-sized TWO-guard that can inject offense.  Edwards has a 6'6" wingspan but Purdue was better by 2.7 points per 100 possessions defensively with Edwards OFF the floor. Edwards averaged 24.3 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game in 2018-19. He shot 35.5% from beyond the college arc and 83.7% FT. ...Edwards is NOT a Point Guard. He actually had more turnovers than assists this season (although that is reversed for his career). Edwards owns a career 1.12-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. Edwards can clearly create his own shot. He scored 42 points against Virginia and their stingy defense (one of the best individual performances we saw all season). ...Edwards is likely going to be selected early in the second round. We view him as a potential backup SG.

Good Advice: In 2017, the 53rd pick in the NBA Draft was Kadeem Allen. We advised, "Draft Jaron Blossomgame."
