Filipowski is a right-handed BIG that has good balance. He handles the ball more like a forward than a lumbering Center. He averaged 16.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game in 2023-24. He shot 34.8% from beyond the arc this season. For his career, he is just a 71% FT shooter. He was named First Team All-ACC. Filipowski made great strides this season in taking better care of the ball, going from 56 assists and 90 turnovers as a freshman to 100 assists and 76 turnovers this season. Filipowski led the ACC in boxscore plus/minus. His DEFRTG was a full 4.5. points better than the Duke team DEFRTG. With his ability to run the pick and roll or pick and pop, we believe Filipowski can be an NBA starter in his career. He will likely be taken in the middle of the first round. See video
