Flagler was a First Team All Big 12 selection. He is a small right-handed guard that can shoot. Flagler averaged 15.6 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 4.6 assists in 2022-23. He is an excellent shooter. He hit 40% of his three-point shots this season and he is at 39.6% for his NCAA career. He shot 79% FT. His assist-to-turnover ratio was 2.72-to-1. Flagler's DEFRTG was a troublesome 5 points worse than the Baylor team DEFRTG. He finished sixth in Big 12 boxscore plus/minus. He posted a 36" max. vert. at the 2023 NBA Draft Combine. We do not believe Flagler will be drafted. We think his shooting ability will always give him a chance. We view him as a low-tier backup PG in the NBA.
