Foster was a heralded high school player that had a solid NCAA career. He is a scoring guard with NBA athleticism. Foster averaged 19.8 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.7 assists as a Senior. He shot 41.3% from beyond the college arc in 2017-18. ...He made 74.4% of his foul shots. He finished his NCAA career with a 1.10-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio.  ...Foster's DEFRTG was 2.8 points per 100 possessions worse than the Creighton team DEFRTG. ...Foster played his first two seasons at Kansas State. He was a 2013 Parade High School All-American. ...We think Foster is being overlooked by too many teams. In our eyes, he is every bit as good some SG's being touted as early second rounders. He most likely will not be drafted but we would bet he finds his way onto a NBA roster. We would advise all teams to pursue him as an undrafted free agent.
