George, Keyonte  Baylor  6'4" 185 SG frosh.

George is a right-handed shooting guard that has a good level of skill and deep range on his jump shot. He was named the Big 12 "Rookie of the Year". He is not a high-flyer. Most of his plays are finesse, and he is almost always looking to score. He will use his left hand to finish on occasion. George shot 33.8% from distance and 79.3% at the foul line. George did a good job getting to the free throw line with 150 attempts in 944 minutes. However, his usage was really high (led the Big 12), and we do not foresee him getting close to that in the NBA. Despite decent vision, and feel, he has a way to go as a sharer of the ball. He had more turnovers than assists (something a GUARD should NEVER have). On defense, George showed he is willing to take a charge. We thought he was solid, especially for a guy with such a scorer's mentality. ...Overall, we are less optimistic about George than the consensus. We expect he will be taken in the late lottery. We view him, right away, as a low tier reserve in the DEEP pool of professional shooting guards. How much he develops as a TEAM player will determine his NBA value.

Our best advice: in 2015, the 29th pick was Chris McCollough. We advised, "draft Kevon Looney."
