Harper is a left-handed guard with a small-forward's wingspan (6'11"). He averaged 19.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 4 assists per game. He shot 33.3% 3-pt. fg, and 75% FT. Harper uses the hesitation and burst very well. He uses his off-hand well and will even dunk with his right hand. He had a 1.67-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. Harper's DEFRTG was 1.4 points worse than the Rutgers team DEFRTG. He posted a 36.5" max. vert. at the 2025 NBA Draft Combine. Harper was the MVP of the 2024 McDonald's All-America game. He is the son of former NBA player Ron Harper. We believe Harper will be selected second in the Draft. We view him as a potential top tier TWO/THREE in the NBA.
