Hepburn is one of the few small guards with a DEFRTG better than his team's DEFRTG. He was named ACC Defensive Player of the Year. He was also First Team All-ACC. He is 22 years-old. He averaged 16.4 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.4 steals (led the ACC), and 5.8 assists per game at Louisville in 2024-25. He is a career 35% three-point shooter. He shot 84.4% from the free throw line this season. His career assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.15-to-1 is rock solid. Hepburn played three seasons at Wisconsin before finishing up his NCAA career at Louisville. Right handed. He finished fifth in ACC boxscore plus/minus. We think Hepburn can be a backup combo-guard in the NBA. We do not foresee him being drafted but we think he should be.
