Jackson, Quenton  Texas A&M 6'5" 175 SG jr.

Jackson is a right-handed guard that gets his shots up. He has more career turnovers than assists. He averaged 14.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2 assists in just 26.4 minutes per game in 2021-22. Jackson shot 34.6% from beyond the college arc. He is a very good 82.8% FT shooter and he puts good pressure on the defense by getting to the line with regularity. Jackson is active. His DEFRTG was 1.5 points better than the Texas A&M team DEFRTG. He finished seventh in SEC boxscore plus minus. He has quick hands. Jackson was third in the SEC in total steals (70). ...We do not foresee Jackson being drafted. However, we think he could be an NBA player if he can tighten up his decision making and shot selection. As we always say, it is kind of hard to call a guy a guard if he has more turnovers than assists. No matter how much of a scorer any player may be, he should always have more assists than turnovers.

Our best advice: in 2016, the 55th pick was Marcus Paige. We advised, "draft Gary Payton II."
