Jakucionis is a guard with some flash to his passing game. Jakucionis, as a freshman, averaged 15 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4.7 assists. He only shot 31.8% 3-pt. FG, but his shot looks fine. He made 84.5% of his free throws. His 1.26-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio indicates he may be more of a two-guard than a PG (although his vision & feel are excellent). He led the Big Ten in turnovers. Right handed but he uses his off-hand well. He struggled on defense at times and his DEFRTG was 2.4 points worse than the Illinois team DEFRTG. He posted a 35" max. vert. at the NBA Draft Combine. Jakucionis will likely be selected among the first ten picks. We think he can potentially be an NBA starter. He needs to tighten up his shot selection and to be more selective with hunting for spectacular assists.

Our best advice: in 2015, Cameron Payne was drafted 14th. We advised, "draft Bobby Portis."
