Kennard, Luke  Duke  6'5" 196 SG soph. Kennard emerged as a very complete offensive player in 2016-17. He can score or facilitate. He is good with either hand. He averaged 19.5 points per game as a sophomore while also grabbing 5.1 rebounds per game. He finished his two seasons at Duke with a 1.68-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. He is an excellent shooter. This season Kennard shot 48% FG, 43% 3-pt fg, and 85% FT. If he gets an open look, you believe the ball is going in. ...Defensively, Duke was 3.1 points per 100 possessions better with Kennard OFF the floor so clearly he is nothing special on that end of the floor. Kennard has short arms for a prospect. His wingspan is 6'5.25" (same as Luther Head). ...We expect to see Kennard selected in the mid-to-late first round. He showed on several occasions that he is a willing competitor that will not shy away from a big moment.

Good advice: In 2011 the 14th pick in the NBA Draft was Marcus Morris. We advised, "Draft Kawhi Leonard."
