Kennedy is a right handed BIG that runs the floor well, and finishes above the rim. He averaged 18.6 points, 10.9 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game in 2019-20. He shot 67.9% FG. Kennedy was the Southland's Defensive Player of the Year. He led the Southland in boxscore plus/minus. Although he shot only four three-point shots this season past, he showed touch at the line, making 77.8%. That lends hope to him being able to make threes at some point. Kennedy gets to the free-throw line often. He rebounds at a high rate. He blocks shots at a high rate, and McNeese St. was 5.2 points per 100 possessions better defensively with Kennedy on the floor. We do not expect Kennedy to be drafted. We would absolutely spend a second round pick on him.
