Knox, Kevin Kentucky  6'9" 215 PF frosh Out of all the prospects in this 2018 NBA Draft, if there was one we wish would have returned to school, it would be Kevin Knox. …Knox is a smooth shooting stretch four that showed flashes of a NBA game when spotting up for jumpers, and finishing in transition. He averaged 15.6 points, and 5.4 rebounds per game as a "one and done" freshman at Kentucky. His overall game, outside of his ability to score, is not ready for the NBA, yet. He may get there once he puts on his "man weight" but right now, Knox is undersized to battle NBA power forwards. His decision making was sketchy with 85 turnovers, compared to 53 assists. ...Knox shot a respectable 34% from beyond the college arc, and he made 77% of his free throws. ...Defensively, Kentucky was 2.3 points better per 100 possessions, with Knox OFF the floor. ...Knox is young for his draft class. He will still be 18 years-old on Draft day in June. ...We expect Knox to be taken in the late lottery area. While that would be a clear play for his upside, we think there will prove to be better selections to be had.

Good Advice: In 2012, the 19th pick in the NBA Draft was Andrew Nicholson. We advised, "Draft Draymond Green."
