Liddell has deceptive athletic ability and obvious power in his game. Right handed. He doesn't mind contact. He averaged 19.4 points, 7.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.6 blocked shots per game. He shot 37.4% 3-pt FG, and 76.5% FT. He anchored the defense for Ohio State, and his DEFRTG was 3.3 points better than the Buckeyes team DEFRTG. Liddell was named to the Big Ten All-Defensive team and he was All Big Ten First Team the last two seasons. His wingspan is 6'11.75". His max. vert. of 38" is impressive for a guy carrying nearly 250 lbs. ...Liddell led the Big Ten in block percentage, free throws attempted, and free throws made. He finished third in Big Ten boxscore plus/minus. ...Liddell could be in better physical condition (12.2% body fat the NBA Draft Combine). He needs to commit to getting into NBA shape which in turn will make him lighter on his feet. He was foul prone in college.  Overall, we enjoyed watching Liddell play. He is a competitor. He has an advanced post game. We anticipate Liddell being selected in the mid-to-late first round. We think he will prove to be an NBA starter, in time.
