Nance, Pete Northwestern 6'11" 218 PF SR.

Nance averaged 14.6 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 2021-22. He improved as a three-point shooter with each successive season, reaching 45.2% as a Senior. He shot 76% FT. His 1.84-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio is excellent.  Nance finished seventh in Big Ten boxscore plus/minus. He has big hands. His wingspan is 7'0.5". Nance is an average athlete at best by NBA standards. His 32.5" max vert. and slow 3/4 court sprint times offer proof. ...Nance is the son of Larry Nance who played 13 seasons in the NBA. He is the brother of Larry Nance Jr. We do not think Nance will be drafted. However, we DO think he will succeed in the NBA due to his deep shooting ability and overall feel for the game.

Our best advice: in 2016, the 56th pick was Daniel Hamilton. We advised, "draft Gary Payton II."
