Niederhauser is a 22 year-old BIG that measured 6'11" with a 7'3" wingspan at the 2025 NBA Draft Combine. He averaged 12.9 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocked shots (led the Big Ten) per game in the 2024-25 season. His DEFRTG was 4 points better than the Penn St. team DEFRTG. He is a low percentage shooter from deep (21% 3-pt. fg. career) and at the free throw line he made just 64% of his shots. He can be a vertical threat, using his 37" max. vert. to dunk in lobs. Niederhauser had twice as many turnovers as assists. We view Niederhauser as a potential reserve BIG in the NBA. He can block shots and he moves well on the floor. However, beyond that, he is really raw. We believe he will be selected in the middle of round two.

Our best advice: in 2023, Seth Lundy was drafted 46th. We advised, "draft Trayce Jackson-Davis."
