Dink Pate is a 19 year-old that has the potential to be a great wing defender. 6'6" with a 6'10" wingspan, Pate is agile with quick reactions. He averaged 10.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game in the G-League in 2024-25. He shot 30.5% from three-point range. He made just 63.1% of his free throws. Right-handed. We were surprised he only jumped a 32.5" max. vert. at the NBA Draft Combine. We think he will be taken late in round two. Dink Pate is an enthusiastic kid that is willing to do whatever is needed. He needs seasoning. We think he could be a NBA reserve wing in time.
