Peter is a late-bloomer that averaged 13.7 points, and 4 rebounds per game in 2024-25 as a sixth man. He shot a spectacular 45.3% from three-point range, and 77.3% FT. He led the entire NCAA in True Shooting Percentage. Peter led Conference USA in boxscore plus/minus. He had a 1.71-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. Peter's DEFRTG was 1 point better than the Liberty team DEFRTG. Peter played at Tennessee Tech in 2020-21 before spending three years at Arkansas Tech University. We do not foresee Peter being drafted. We think he should be drafted. He has decent size, he can shoot, he shares it, he defends, and what makes him different than some guards that are accurate shooters, is that Peter will and can finish with dunks. We view him as a potential top-tier starter in the NBA.
