Peter is a late-bloomer that   averaged 13.7 points, and 4 rebounds per game in 2024-25 as a sixth man. He   shot a spectacular 45.3% from three-point range, and 77.3% FT. He led the   entire NCAA in True Shooting Percentage. Peter led Conference USA in boxscore   plus/minus. He had a 1.71-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. Peter's DEFRTG was 1   point better than the Liberty team DEFRTG. Peter played at Tennessee Tech in   2020-21 before spending three years at Arkansas Tech University. We do not   foresee Peter being drafted. We think he should be drafted. He has decent   size, he can shoot, he shares it, he defends, and what makes him different   than some guards that are accurate shooters, is that Peter will and can   finish with dunks. We view him as a potential top-tier starter in the   NBA.
