Jontay Porter is the younger brother of Michael Porter Jr. Jontay is still just 19 years old. He played his freshman season at Missouri in 2017-18. He sat out all of 2018-19 after it was announced that he tore both his ACL and MCL in a scrimmage. While rehabilitating, Porter tore his ACL again on March 23, 2019. When healthy, Porter was a face-the-basket BIG that had efficient success. He shot 36.4% from beyond the college arc, and he nailed 75% of his foul shots. He was a plus defender as well. ...We expect Porter to be drafted in the middle of the second round. ...At this point, we would pass on Porter. He isn't likely to play until after the calendar turns 2020, at which time he will have missed nearly a year and a half of competition.
