Proctor is a tough customer Point Guard that stands 6'4" with a 6'7" wingspan. The right-hander from Sydney, Australia averaged 12.4 points, 3 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game in 2024-25. He shot 40.5% 3-pt. FG, and 68% FT (he is a career 76.8% foul shooter). Proctor improved his effective field goal percentage with each season (he played three seasons at Duke). He had a career 2.33-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. Proctor finished tenth in ACC boxscore plus/minus. His DEFRTG was 5 points worse than the Duke team DEFRTG. That is concerning to us. That is a BIG number. We acknowledge that Proctor has a nice combo of shooting skill and smarts. We also see that he is clearly continuing to improve. We think the landscape of combo-guards in the NBA is crowded, and Proctor might end up being a deep reserve. We think Proctor will be selected early in round two.
