Richmond averaged 12.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 5.3 assists as a leader on a good St. John's team. Richmond can play but his shooting is really poor, and it fluctuates wildly. In 2023-24 at Seton Hall, Richmond shot 80.7% FT. One season later, at St. John's, Richmond connected on just 53.6% FT. He had a bad thumb on his left hand that required surgery following the season. He is right handed. His career three-point percentage is 30.7% (five seasons). ...Richmond is a plus-defender that has the necessary toughness to compete in the NBA. He plays hard. He finished third in Big East boxscore plus/minus. We think he could be a reserve Point Guard but the shooting struggles are real and that will make it tough for him.
