Riley is just 19 years old, and his rawness showed on defense. His DEFRTG was 4.2 points worse than the Illinois team DEFRTG. He shot 32.6% 3-pt. and 72.4% FT. He clearly knows how to play offense and there is hope (based on how his form looks) that he will become an acceptable deep shooter. His athleticism doesn't pop. If he can make strides on defense, Riley might be a a future starter.
