Risacher is a prospect that has his best days in front of him. He recently turned 19 years-old. He moves like a wing at 6'9". Intel on Risacher says that he is a hard worker that brings it defensively. Right handed. He can shoot with accuracy from long range (39.5% 3-pt. fg in 2023-24). He averaged 11.0 points, and 3.9 rebounds in 23.3 minutes per game. He is just okay at the foul line though (70.9% FT). His feel for the team game is nothing special. We saw situations where clock awareness was an issue for him. Risacher dished 56 assists this season, but he had 95 turnovers. He was a plus-defender with a 0.7 point DEFRTG differential. We believe Risacher will be picked among the top-five in this Draft. We are somewhat skeptical about selecting him so high. While see the undeniable talent, his chances of forming that into being a playmaking winner in the NBA concerns us. As he's gained strength, he's gotten better but the landscape of players he will compete with is very tough. Can he be more than just a shooter that defends? If Risacher hits his ceiling he could be an All-Star, but I can also see his floor which is that of a top-tier reserve wing in the NBA.  See video

Our best advice: in 2020, the 4th pick was Patrick Williams. We advised, "draft Tyrese Haliburton."
