Rubstavicius played in the NBL in 2023-24. He is a sweet shooting, left-handed small forward that held his own on defense despite not having great length (He's 6'7" with a 6'7" wingspan). He averaged 9 points per game but his shooting touch offers promise. Rubstavicius connected on 42.5% of his three-point shots and he nailed 82.3% of his free throws. Rubstavicius had slightly more assists than turnovers this season. He was named to the 2022 U20 Euro Championship All Tournament Team. We do not think Rubstavicius will be drafted but think he should at least be considered. He impressed us with his alert play although he is a below average runner/jumper by NBA standards. We view him as a potential low-tier starter if he reaches his ceiling. See video
