Saraf is a 19 year old, left-handed, guard that is averaging 12.2 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 4.6 assists in the German BBL. He is a low percentage three-point shooter (29%) but his touch at the free throw line is fine (76% FT). Saraf has good vision and he can be creative but his 1.55-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio is much more two-guard than PG. He has a bad habit of jumping to pass. He is an excellent defender with a DEFRTG 1.4 points better than his team's DEFRTG. He has good size and good instincts but he is not much of a finisher. His leaping ability is below average. We think he will be taken at the end of round one. We view him as a potential low-tier starter in the NBA.
