Scoot Henderson is a 19 year-old blur of a guard that has special athletic gifts. He averaged 17.6 points, 5.1 rebounds, 6.3 assists, and 1.1 steals per game in the G-League in 2022-23 (that's based on ALL games). Scoot shot 32.7% from three-point range, and 75% at the foul line. His two-year assist-to-turnover ratio was 1.94-to-1 (playing with many poor perimeter shooters). Henderson has amazing ball-handling skill to go with a burst seldom seen in NBA history. His base is sturdy and his upper body is strong. Right-handed. He can create separation with his ball-handling and quick feet. Defensively, the Ignite team was better (by the numbers) with Scoot off the floor so he may have a ways to go on that end. We think Scoot will be picked third in the Draft. We view him as a potential top-tier guard in the NBA.
