Stewart, Isaiah  Washington 6'9" 250 C frosh.

Stewart is a right-handed BIG with good hands that has a reported 7'4" wingspan. He has broad, strong shoulders that remind us of Michael Cage.  Stewart averaged 17 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 2.1 blocked shots per game. He was named First Team All Pac-12. ...He flirted with shooting the three-ball by taking a modest 20 attempts in 2019-20. He made 5. (25% 3-pt. FG). Stewart had more than two turnovers for every one assist. ...His 77% FT shooting indicates that he does have touch on his shot which is quite a contrast to his bruising style of play. He finished ninth in Pac-12 boxscore plus/minus. ...Stewart's defensive rating was just barely better than the Washington team DEFRTG. That is a concern. Most good BIGs have significantly better DEFRTGs than their team. ...Played in the 2019 Jordan Brand Classic and McDonald's All-America games …We anticipate Stewart being taken near the end of the first round. Stewart was impressive offensively in the games we watched.

Our best advice: in 2002, the 56th pick was Randy Holcomb. We advised, "draft Udonis Haslem."
