Topic is a pure Point Guard that runs the pick-n-roll with skill and maturity rarely seen from an 18 year-old. He averaged 14 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 5.5 assists in the Adriatic League in 2023-24. Unfortunately, he suffered a partially torn ACL (left knee) and he missed all games from January 9th 2024 through the end of the season in April. Topic shot 30.6% from three-point range in his shortened season. For all the games we can find for him in the last three seasons he shot 34.3% 3-pt. FG. He is excellent at the free throw line (87.8% FT). Topic has quick reactions. He had a 2.39-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio in 2023-24. His dribble is low and tight. He is right handed. Topic's DEFRTG was 2.1 points worse than his MEGA-MIS team's DEFRTG. He has just a 6'5.5" wingspan. We believe Topic will be taken in the lottery. We view him as a potential top-tier point guard in the NBA if he maxes out. (see video)
