Washington, Ty Ty  Kentucky  6'4" 196 PG frosh.

Washington averaged 12.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3.9 assists as a freshman for Kentucky. His 2.35-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio is very impressive for a first-year college player. He is an alert player that sees the floor well. ...It should be noted that Ty Ty is the age of a sophomore (already 20). Right handed with average athleticism. …Washington had a 17 points, 17 assists game in early January that broke John Wall's Wildcats' record for most assists in a game. Washington shot 35% from beyond the college arc and 75% FT. His wingspan is 6'8". Surprisingly, Washington had 12% body fat as measured at the NBA Draft Combine.  ...We anticipate Washington being drafted in the middle of the first round. We would use caution in picking him too early. Kentucky was 1.7 points per 100 possessions better defensively when Ty Ty was off the floor. We love his feel for the game but he just isn't super dynamic at a position in the NBA that commands so much attention.

Our best advice: in 2018, the 20th pick was Josh Okogie. We advised, "draft Robert Williams."
