Wembanyama has a combination of size, and agility that has not been seen before. At the age of 19, he is averaging 21.5 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 2.9 blocked shots per game in the very good French Jeep Elite league. He does not shoot the three-ball well, 28% this season, and 27.4% 3-PT FG for his career. He IS a good foul shooter (81.9% FT). Wembanyama changes games on the defensive end. Be it from the help-side or on a close-out, he is a shot-blocking threat. More than anything he makes others change their shot. Right-handed. ...As an offensive teammate, Wembanyama can be a bit frustrating. His shot selection is poor. He likes to float around the perimeter and he jacks deep shots too often. His touch and form look fine but his percentages suffer from taking too many tough shots. He has never come close to having more assists than turnovers in his four professional seasons. Nitpicks aside, Wembanyama is going to be a top tier BIG in the NBA. He will be the first pick in the draft, and rightfully so. Any flaws in his game are correctable with good coaching.

Our best advice: in 2007, the 1st pick was Greg Oden. We advised, "draft Kevin Durant."
