Williams is 6'5" but he has a 6'11" wingspan that allows him to play up to the THREE, as well as TWO. Williams will be 24 years-old when the NBA season starts. He averaged 20.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.9 assists in 2024-25 at Nebraska. He was named First Team All Big Ten. He shoots the ball well. He made 37% of his three-balls, and 88.3% of his free throws. His career free throw percentage ranks third all-time in the Big Ten. Right handed but uses his left well. Despite his wingspan and big hands, Williams was a bit of a liability, with a DEFRTG that was 2.9 points worse than the Cornhuskers team DEFRTG. He is a below average athlete by NBA running and jumping standards (32.5" max. vert.). Williams played three seasons at Charlotte, and two seasons at Nebraska. We do not think he will be drafted. We DO think he should be drafted. We view him as a potential starting SF in the NBA.
