Wiseman, James  Memphis 7'1" 245 C frosh.  Wiseman is a BIG that runs the floor exceptionally well. He is agile with the ability to spin and finish at speed. He only played three games at Memphis due to being told to sit because of NCAA violations. He averaged 19.7 points, and 10.7 rebounds. ...Left handed. Has surprisingly good handles for a guy 7'1". …Has the potential to be a rim protecter. In limited attempts, Wiseman shot 69% FT, making 27 of 39 attempts (in the all the FTA's we can find).  ...Wiseman was a McDonald's All-American that was also recognized as the Gatorade National Player of the Year in 2018. He played for Team USA in the U-16 FIBA Americas tournament in Argentina. They won Gold. …Wiseman seems like a good kid. Not an Alpha but more of a guy who will fit into a team. He doesn't project as a three-point threat, and he has no history of being a great passer or decision maker. That said, you just do not see players 7'1" that can move the way he does.  We believe he will be a top-three pick.

Our best advice: in 2007, the 1st pick was Greg Oden. We advised, "draft Kevin Durant"

Our most sketchy advice: in 2008, the 1st pick was Derrick Rose. We advised, "draft Michael Beasley."
