Terry Anderson is a left-handed wing who likes to get to the basket. Anderson played four NCAA seasons, spending two years at Lamar and two at High Point. He averaged 16.0 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.4 steals per game this season while earning First Team All-Big South honors. He was also the Big South Tournament MVP. At 6'6" and 202 pounds, Anderson has shooting guard height, but we do not have a listed wingspan for him. He is a low-percentage shooter from deep, making 31.5% from three-point range for his career. He did shoot 75.9% from the free throw line in 2025-26, so there is at least some touch to work with. Anderson finished second in Big South box score plus/minus. His 1.14-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio was positive, though not by much. His DDiff was minus 0.6, and he produced steals at a solid rate.
The appeal starts with the ability to put pressure on the rim, rebound from the wing, and create some activity defensively. The questions are the deep shooting and whether he has enough size, length, and efficiency to translate from the Big South to a NBA role. We do not foresee Anderson being drafted, but he is worth a Summer League look as a left-handed LPS wing who competes and attacks the basket.
